Led by the group Adamsonian para kay Leni-Kiko with President Fr. Marcelo MV Manimtim. Adamsonians knock on doors for a heart-to-heart, house-to-house campaign on May 1, 2022.

The campaign took place near the University, routed in Taft Avenue, Pedro Gil, Paco Market, and Zobel St., United Nations Avenue.

As the election nears, the volunteers hope to introduce Vice President Leni Robredo, her running mate Senator Kiko Pangilinan, and their senate slate to the residents near AdU.

As part of their campaign, materials were given such as tarpaulins, t-shirts, stickers, arm sleeves, and pink aprons.

All collateral materials were donated by the volunteers blessed by University President Rev. Fr. Marcelo V. Manimtim.

The initiative was ignited by over 50 Adamsonian volunteers, including first-time voters from Grade 12 Senior High School, 2nd-year AB Communication, and 1st-year BS Psychology students.

The campaign was spearheaded by former AUSG Joie Monedo and Dorielyn Albao, alongside Joshua Mayuga, Nica Mercado, faculty members, students, and alumni who believe in the Leni-Kiko tandem.

Joie Monedo says that, “[Ang] ititindig natin naman is hindi boto natin para sa sarili natin kundi boto natin para sa iba (Our vote is not for ourselves but a vote to stand for others).”

Aside from this, the community also showed its support for the tandem by encouraging Adamsonian attendees to wear pink in UAAP events.

By attending the Pasiglaban Grand Rally, the Adamsonian Para Kay Leni-Kiko DP blast, and offering free bus rides for those who will attend the tandem’s Miting de Avance on May 7, 2022.
