Lastimosa, who had only seen action for 12 minutes and 53 seconds, led the way for the Falcons right away, scoring the most of his 14 points in the first quarter alone.
Adamson never glanced at the rest of the season, stretching their advantage to 34 points, 76-42, which was too much for UE to overcome with only 10 minutes remaining in the tense game.
Harvey Pagsanjan led the Red Warriors with 17 points and eight steals, whereas Aurin Catacutan came off the substitutes to add 12 points and four rebounds.
On Thursday, March 31, Adamson takes on the defending champion Ateneo Blue Eagles at 10 a.m., whereas UE faces the UST Grunting Tigers at 7 p.m. for a shot at winning for the first time.
