Walking on a thin line can lead to a dangerous path of mistakes that will put your life on a scale where there is no balance. But for the young and rising athlete Carlos Edriel Yulo, always keeping his balance is vital, especially in his line of work– gymnastics.
Yulo's Olympic debut in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics was a rollercoaster of emotions for many Filipinos. Especially when he was trying to defend his title for the floor exercise and when he placed fourth in the vault finals.
But for the young athlete, he turned his precious experiences into positive learnings to grow and enhance his craft.
Now, the Southeast Asian Games or SEA Games are fast approaching, and Yulo is coming back stronger and more prepared than ever.
With constant practice and training, the two-time world champion Filipino gymnast is preparing for his new upcoming battle on the soils of Vietnam and will lead the other 12 artistic gymnasts to go for gold.
Bring home the bacon, Klasmeyt! Your fellow Filipinos and Adamsonians will always support your endeavors for the pride of our country.
